12 тысяч человек собрались 8 сентября на «Минск-Арене» почтить память ярославского «Локомотива».

Весь получасовой вечер-реквием они провели стоя, передает БелаПАН.

На церемонию прибыли главы дипломатических миссий стран, хоккеисты которых погибли в результате крушения самолета Як-42, направлявшегося в Минск на матч чемпионата Континентальной хоккейной лиги против «Динамо». В зале находились руководители министерств и ведомств, Администрации президента.

Зрители бурными аплодисментами приветствовали демонстрацию на больших экранах фотографий погибших игроков, особенно белорусов Руслана Салея, Сергея Остапчука, а также тренера по физподготовке Николая Кривоносова. Был продемонстрирован предсезонный видеоролик «Локомотива».

В исполнении симфонического оркестра прозвучал «Реквием» Моцарта. Хоккеисты «Динамо» вышли на лед и преклонили колени перед портретами игроков «Локомотива». Затем они забросили шайбы в собственные ворота, символизируя победу команды из Ярославля.

Диктор прочел стихотворение Роберта Рождественского «Памяти Хемингуэя», певец Петр Елфимов исполнил песню «Колокола». После этого «Минск-Арена» начала скандировать «Ярославский бронепоезд, эй, эй!».

На экране появилось сообщение, что родственники Николая Кривоносова приглашают проститься с ним. Номера телефонов: 8-029-674-88-75, 8-0296-12-34-57.

По окончании мероприятия часть болельщиков осталась на арене, аплодируя и скандируя «Локо!».

Definitely a sad time. Russia really needs to get their airline industry under control, this is completely unacceptable. :(

I've considered not flying in Russia. If I happen to go there I'll probably take the train for any domestic travel.

Ensure your beneficiary makes and brings with them to the States a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination form)

If the government is going to force me to exercise my "right" to health care, then they better start requiring people to exercise their Right to Bear Arms. - "Where's my public option rifle?"

Yeah with the train you only have to worry about Chechen terrorists blowing up the tracks. :huh:

I worry as much about that as I do about Al blowing up the building I'm in.
