I already got the I-134 my fiance sent, and I noticed he didn't place the name of my kids there. he said its because they aint coming with me at the moment. we are both confused tho...but may I ask anyone here if we really should write down my kids name even if they wont be going with me this time in the US? our plan is they will join to follow if and when i get work. How long can a k1 beneficiary be able to work in the US btw? - thnx VJ

It depends on how long you take to enter USA, get married and file AOS. That time plus 3-4 months of waiting for the EAD card after applying for AOS is how long you have to wait to be legally able to work. Then you have to find a job on top of that.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Inky already answered your second question.

On the first: yes, you must declare all kids, even if the intention is for them to stay abroad forever.

The children need to be listed if they are "Following to join person".

Basically if they are listed on the I129F... They need to be listed on the I-134.
