OK, after reading the "red flags list" I realize it is mostly for K-1 visa, but post #10 mentioned something about convincing the VO that a sister did not introduce us. I am working on our EOR letter and now I'm concerned. My wife and I are an arrangement. Her parents are deceased and her eldest sister (a USC) and my friend (who is like a sister) were our "matchmakers." With regards to her sister, as with most cultures, the eldest child will take on the role of the parents in their absence. I am not sure how being introduced by family would cause a "red flag." Especially if the family member is a USC. Maybe someone could lend a little clarity on this matter? Thank you.

No, the eldest sister and your friend are friends, Both of them thought you would be a good match, and it was. No different than other friends who knew other received an introduction. IE; you were introduced by your friend who had a friend just happened to be her sister, you dated, courted and got married (Short Version). Don't let negative influences affect your love or ultimate outcome, a wife in USA. Use other primary and secondary evidence to over power this. Be prepared in your own best interest. Idea only from your short post.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

The red flag is because if the USC sister wanted to bring her foreign sister to the USA, it would take many years for her priority date to become current. If she instead finds the foreign sister a US husband, the foreign sister can come immediately. Because of this, some foreign born USCs will pay someone to marry their siblings who are still abroad- not saying that happened in your case, but that is the concern of the COs in such cases. If you show plenty of bonafide relationship evidence, you should be fine.
