Wow so I am not an expert but obviously they maybe questioning your relationship and want to meet with you as well to rule out fraud.

Have you been reading the posts and some of the embassy interviews on VJ for Haiti? They are very helpfull.

I am sure someone else with more info will be able to answer your question a little better.

Good luck

Hi Boston,

They also requested for me and my fiance to come for a dual interview in may. I suggest that you prepare questions and practice them and also coach your fiance on how to answer the questions. They will take you guys to a little room one at a time and question you guys separately. Be prepared to be asked about anything, they even asked us about our sexual life. I have to say that mosty people who came for a dual interview got approved. also dont let your guiards down while sitting in the waiting area because the word is they watch how you guys interact witghout you knowing. Let me know if you have any more questions.

  • 4 years later...

My fiance is Haitian and we tried to call the Embassy to see if they have our packet because we know how slow things can be there. But he is having trouble getting a hold of the right person- they keep sending him on to a different person but he is put on hold and never actually gets to talk to a person. Does anyone have any advice or a different number we should try? Or is email a better way? If so what is the email? Thank you for your help!
