Need advise

so my wife has finally made the IV fee and they ask me to fill out the DS230 form and i don't know if i would still need to fill out the DS260 form as well and this is getting me confused,pleaseeee advise A.S.A.P.

And what are the other documents i will need to attach to the DS230 forms before i send them out and do i need to send it to my wife(because she is my choice of agent)or would i have to send it straight to NVC ?

As your timeline isn't filled out, I don't know what country you're located in. Only certain countries are eligible to fill out the DS-260. Eligible countries can be found here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_5165.html (table at bottom).

And either you or your wife can send the package to NVC; it doesn't really matter. NVC just cares about all the forms and documents being there and properly filled out
