My husband's 2 yr green card is getting ready to expire so we are in the process of completeing the I-751. The question I am stuck on is Part 5 about listing all of your children. We both have children from other relationships, mine are U.S citizens and his girls have their interview to come to the U.S on September 9th to live with us. We did not file for them to follow, we had to file for them seperate. I read the instructions which states to complete if your children came into the U.S. on the same paperwork as my husband. Well they did not so we are taking it that we do not put any of our childrens information on this I-751.
