My Fiancées medical and interview are now completed. Can she visit the panel physician facility in Shanghai to get her vaccinations done before she comes to the US? Will this be accepted by USCIS for AOS? I've read the guides and FAQ's but I'm still not entirely clear.

Thanks

vaccinations can be done by any clinic in the world, as long as you have records and they are appropriately reported/recorded on the proper form for aos

They are a lot cheaper to get done in China. After you are married and she is on your insurance, go to USCIS civil surgeon in your area with her medical paperwork. DR will review everything, including X-ray, we got a TB skin test and blood test, DR will write up put in sealed envelope with seal and you file I485 stuff.
