do any of you know what this is about?????? im a bit confused because my fiances I-94 expired in June and we r sending his AOS papers on monday... :(( AAHh does this count towards even like ppl that enter US legally... because i believe who ever enters on a fiance visa thats legal... i hope im not wrong haha ... sorry it just freaked me out... dnno if any of you know anything about this...i might of misunderstood the article... heelp

This is not about your fiance. Your fiance entered on a visa, got married within the 90 days, and is eligible to Adjust Status.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
