Had first interview at Greece embassy, all seemed good then they wanted me there.. Not sure why because I sent in so much evidence and proof. I called cuz of my job but they demaned I come, and I went.. New interview date set. I started papers on someone long ago and pushed to get it stopped because they were not as serious as I was. I sent in case closed letter with case. Now I had to go to just be asked one question do you want to go on with this case or stop it. Then in the end interview over and told we will call you. No letter no nothing. Someone help me to understand this. No approved or No denied nothing......

We are not the only ones there were about 10 people told the same thing. so is this administrative review or is this a bad sign or is there any hope?

Several people have asked me over and over again what does this mean? How do I answer them if I dont understand myself..

If you have any ideas or ways to help me and others going thru this I sure would like to help them as well.

Help with advise or words of encouragement if you can.

Thanks

By the way YES I have to be told the same thing again and again. WAIT. Just like the others have been told.

Okay it says look closer to mine but what about the other people? Could this just be how they are doing things in Greece?

Any ideas? Any help? Do I ask the others if there could be something with them to make them look closer or is this just normal?

What do you think?

Thanks in advance to everyone..

Not a K1 filer, but I did IR1/CR1 for my Greek wife. And we got what some refer to as an extensive RFE. They asked for tons of info from me and more proof than what I had already sent in. My wife was heavily offended, she owns a business in Greece(doesn't need the green card). She had been divorced since 1998 and I since 2007, before we married. I needed letters from my parent's like I was a teenager or something. Was ridiculous, maybe because of the economy there they're taking a closer look at Greek petitions...no idea really
