Can naturalized citizen petition for marriage based GC when petitioner obtained GC through marriage to American citizen?

I believe I have read somewhere that a naturalized citizen who became a permanent resident through marriage to a US citizen is not eligible to petition for marriage based AOS. Can anyone confirm or disconfirm?

If you look at the instructions for the I-130, it'll give you the info. Basically, you can if it has been 5 years since you became an LPR, you can prove 1st marriage was entered in good faith, or first marriage ended due to death of the USC spouse.
