HI friends

i hope afer NVC PROCESS and i get visa

my finaly distination in airport dallas

mybee i will have connection flight in another airport like miami or ne york airport , in conenction flight i should give the envoloppe and passport like POE , and then mybee i lose my next flight landed

or i go to connection area and i give this paper only when i will be in dallas flight

Your first step in the US, whether you are connecting or it is a direct flight, you will go through customs and immigration. make sure you leave enough time to make it through immigration if you are connecting

Your yellow (assuming that it is the same color with the PI's) envelope will be taken by the custom / IO at your POE which is, Dallas.
