Is the VJ Timeline estimates accurate?

Hello All,

Just curious. From past experiences, how accurate is the VJ timeline estimates? I find it confusing that people who filed after me are getting approved before me. I'm happy for those who are getting approved but as the time gets near I'm getting really really anxious. Can anyone else relate?

Its called an ESTIMATE for a reason.

They are ESTIMATES, they are not accurate.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It seems to be pretty close - but you have to remember that not everyone who files joins VJ, so you aren't getting 100% accurate data -

I know how frustrating it is to watch others who filed after get approved, but take it as a sign that yours will soon come - It seems to depend on whose desk you land on and how fast they work.
