Ok so i have been reading and reading and studying and higlighting everything about this stuff, but one thing still baffles me, and maybe im just stupid, which is the case, so some clarification would greatly help.

- For the initial I-130 form, I have to send in a copy of my Marriage certificate, ok cool, but then my wife has to send one later on with the IV packet (From what i've read) and then yet it still asks her to have a copy at the interveiw, Now, does this mean i need to have 3 Seperate certified copies of these documents or will they be sent to the FRANKFURT area and be ready for her interveiw when she gets there?

This also applies to the birth certificates and police certificates as well

Thanks in advance for the help

Im stressing out

For the I-130 you only need a copy of the marriage cert. not the original or certified copy.

The IV packet you need to send an original and a copy (not certified) a plain regular copy.

At the interview you will get your originals back but it's good to have another original just in case they ask for it.

You can send either an original or certified copy with the IV packet, if you send your original then you included a photocopies.
