NVC today says that my IV package is being worked and to give it anywhere from a few days to the middle of October What a stupid stupid man! Dont BS me and threaten me with October! I know better than that!

i called NVC today..she said what i am looking right now we send you email its saying we need your saving account statement.

but i haven't received any email from NVC today yet. can i send them today with my coversheet bankstatement or do i need to wait for email or Mailed paper.

The email comes in a day or two late (I got after 2 days). If the operator said that the checklist requires just the Bank Statement, then send it with the Cover Sheet with bar code (you can print one from your payment web site).

i called NVC yesterday again one of op told me tht i need to get email first.

after tht i can print it email which one NVC send to me. i need to send NVC coversheet,email paper, & bank statement.

also she said we haven't send you email yet NVC gone send you email next week.

now i have one more question NVC ask me only for bank statement that's mean i am good to go.

mean's in DS230 & I864 they don't have any problem. when i send to them my bank statement my case gone be done from NVC right.

Send them whatever they ask for on the email they send you. But if the operator told you that they are only looking for your bank statements, that is likely all you need.

my husband just received letter from NVC today. it's has on it NVC# ID# Ask for 3032 Form NVC send to him on Aug 18th. so i think its just letter For NVC case#.

try send an email to NVCinquiry and put ur NVC # as subject, and write down petitioner's and beneficiary's name and date of birth. On my case, they always reply my email even it is a checklist lol but at least i know if they need any other documents from us.

Call them once again and make sure what document or documents the checklist is asking for (just to be sure). Then print the cover sheet with bar code and send those document/s with the cover sheet with bar code.

A review of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form and

supporting documents that you submitted has revealed that you have provided incomplete information in

your response or you have not responded to some questions.

Please pay specific attention to the questions marked in the attached I-864/A checklist. You will need to

complete and submit a new form with the changes noted on the attached checklist.

You will need to follow the instructions for the Affidavit of Support (I-864) that are posted on the

Department of State website at the following address:

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. From there, you can fill out a new form online, print the new

completed form and mail it to NVC. If you are the Petitioner, please read all instructions and complete

the correct form to submit to NVC. An Affidavit of Support form is required to be submitted from the

Petitioner on each case regardless of his/her income level.

NVC will hold this case until you send us these needed items. When you return the documents to NVC,

please make sure that the documents submitted are in the correct order and stapled together, as stated in

the I-864 Important Notice instructions.

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

i did not attached I864A. My aunt Filed I864 but she did not show my uncle Payment.

but she send Tax return joint with her husband & kids.

so i don't knw do My aunt & i need to filed new I864 & I864A for Uncle. Because she Attach joint tax Return.

what about if i send only Bank statement?
