Does anyone know when i am supposed to get this affidavit of support ready and where do i send it ..will they tell me when and where..thank you

I sent it as a part of my initial application package since I had all of the information available.

My wife's Interview Appointment letter said to bring a copy of it with the supporting documentation "(unless already submitted)". I'm bringing the copy even though I already sent it to them.

The affidavit of support is required during the interview. Your fiancée will take it to the USE at the interview time so you have to send it to your fiancée.

i have a concern ..in my packet that was sent out for fiance visa it is a petition for I-129f and also has I-130 in there as well..I am in the army and A lady who specializes in this immigration stuff did this for me on base. When I got the NOA 1 back it said I-130 has been recieved ..How come it says I-130 ..I hope I dont have to resubmit and will this delay things for me and my fiance with her getting her visa. Thank you Please help

There should not have been an I-130 in that package. Hopefully the adjudicator will notice that you are only petitioning for a fiancee and dismiss the I-130 and proceed with adjudicating the I-129F.

Yes there definitely should not have been a I-130. I'd call them as for a second tier person/ supervisor and see what they really have in their system.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

You have a serious issue, if you filed the I-130 and 1-129F concurrently for your Fiance'. The I-130 is a petition for a foreign spouse and the I-129F is for a foreign Fiance. This will generate a "kickback" of both petitions as rejected from USCIS.

You need to take action now, by contacting USCIS to clear this up. If you are overseas, call USCIS immediately. If you are stateside, make an Infopass appointment without delay to clarify the details and cancel the I-130.

What is an infopass appointment? Can I just call the Military hotline for USCIS?

The use of the Military USCIS hotline is your choice entirely. As I stated in my previous message, if you are Stateside, you can call your local USCIS office (or arrange online) for a in-person (Infopass) appointment to discuss your case. If you are overseas, you can call USCIS directly at this number: 1-800-375-5283

In any case, we wish you all the best for a positive outcome.
