anybody else have a problem with scheduling the interview due to payment being lost? We made our payment on August 11th for 15,050 peso. and it has her passport number on it. she even went back to the BPI and checked and they said everything is good. I called two day's ago and they put in a service request, they even sent me a confirmation e-mail then a few minutes latter I got a e-mail saying cased closed! so I called again today they still do not have the payment and they do not have any idea what happened, she said this does not happen very often so she had no idea what to do. all we can do is wait she says and no timeline to fix the problem!!!OOOHHH what to do but wait some more. thanks for listening to me ramble on just very frustrated. I also asked how long to get interview if things were ok. she said the 22nd was the first date available.

Thanks Jay

That is all you need. If you can't schedule online, then call the USEM and have them schedule it for you and they will email you the appointment letter.

Wow! My fiance paid the visa fee and after a day, I was able to schedule online and it only took 5 minutes. Just keep on trying to schedule online or

by calling USEM everyday. I hope you get it scheduled soon!

I think then it's a matter to be settled with BPI?

OR if you can't get in using the receipt number and it gives you some error message, put in your passport number as the reference number. Then, you'd be able to schedule for an interview.

I would have your fiancee go back to BPI, with receipt in hand, and have them look it up. Sounds like a BPI error to me. The bank SHOULD be able to fix it really quickly. Tell your asawa not to leave until it is resolved!

Hi. we just got our manila case number last aug19 and the operator said they sent the case to ph that day too. i paid the visa fee yesterday. i tried to schedule the interview today and it says "No service fee can be found for the entered request number. Please validate your request number is correct and you have paid the correct amount for the visa you are applying." I use my passport as my receipt number as what the teller told me yesterday. does this mean my case is not yet in us embassy system? or my payment is not yet posted?pls advise. thank you
