Hello, I have sent NVC an email on my case last week Monday and I still haven't had a reply. :( I received a confirmation message after I sent my email to them but no reply. I find this strange. Can someone tell me the average waiting period to hear from NVC? :help:

It always took about 4 business days for me to get a reply.

It took me about 4 days as well to get the e-mails back from them. But since there is a backlog it's probably taking longer nowadays.

The email that I sent to NVC is about removing certain conditions from my NVC case for it's completion.

I appreciate that, however the Removing Conditions on Permanent Residency forum is for a totally different type of conditions. It addresses people who already have their green card and the green card is conditional because they were married to their US spouses for less than 2 years when they became a permanent resident. They are required to file another petition - I-751 - which is a Request to Remove Conditions from Permanent Residency in order to get their 10 year green card. It is processed through USCIS and not through NVC. Your profile states you are filing for a K-3 - and while there are requests NVC may make in relationship to a petition involved in bringing someone to the US, which is how I interpreted your post to read, it is still considered part of the initial processing, not a whole separate processing with a separate application such as the I-751. That is why I moved your post.
