What do I send to Montreal after receiving Packet 3?

Hi there!

I am a Canadian who is going through the K-1 visa application process. As of now, I have received the 'Packet 3' info and I've also done my medical. However, I do not know what the next step is. The letter in the Packet 3 says: 'Please do not schedule an interview appointment at this time; appointments can only be scheduled once the consular section has reviewed your case.'

It also says to please return the forms and checklist to the U.S. Consulate via the DHL Courier.

Problem is, I have no idea what forms to send. I can't find a definitive list anywhere of the documents I'm supposed to send to Montreal. I've looked on all the web sites, I've called the U.S. Visa call center, I've asked our lawyer, I've asked the doctor's office in Toronto, and I either get conflicting answers or no information at all.

Can anybody help me or point me in the right direction? I'm sure that people here have been at this 'Between Packet 3 and the Interview' stage. I would love to hear any info!

Thank you.
