ok we called friday to get an update an we got our case number (19days after noa2) but we haven't received any log in info, any emails since, we called an they said theres nothing we can do but wait, i thought once u got your case # then u got email containing log in info an requests for ds3032 etc, how long do i have to wait now for all this stuff to come, so much frustration towards nvc an there slowness, ud think having assigned the case number we'd have received instructions, log in info etc, but no, and so the wait continues....

Wow I am shocked that you have received a case number from nvc already! Did you give them your email addresses? Once you give them the email addresses they will start sending everything by email which will save some time. Als you can use the guides on here to complete NVC before they even mail you anything!

well, my hubbys booked medical for next week and we sent the DS3032 form, when i called today i got a very rude woman who said you have to wait until you receive your emails dont send us anything again with out us asking, she said it can take up to 21days from case number to the emails, ive never heard of that, this is the 4th day since receiving case number and no emails, and yes they have correct emails, its very odd and annoying

go to the WIKI tab at the top of this page.

scroll down to the bottom and under popular pages is National Visa Center

click to that tab, then scroll to the bottom again and there is a NVC Payment Portal link.

It takes you to a State Department page where you type in your NVC number and then your IIN (invoice id number) and choose petitioner (if you are in fact the petitioner)

BTW, when people talk about Sign in Fail (SIF) this is the page they're talking about. If you get a "cannot be processed at this time" it means that it's not in NVC's system. When you're at the beginning of NVC it's a sad sign, but when you're waiting for Case Complete at NVC it means that you are oh so close.

The guides on wiki are extremely helpful. We followed the LingChe guide and got no RFE's.

Good luck.
