Hi to all

For a non-immigrant visa Affidavit of Support (Form I-134) such as a K1 or K3 visa your income must be at least $14,710.

For an Adjustment of Status petition or an immigrant visa Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) such as a CR1 or IR1 your income must be at least $18,387.

For active duty military, you only need $14,710 but if you aren't it will be $18,387

i got my fiance's ITR and it states annual income is 34, 000 and his bank statement states $200 remaining balance. I am sure he is above poverty line and I wanted to give only ITR, W-2, pay stub, employment letter but not going to show his bank statement! lol... are they going to require that? I dont want to show a bank statement with $200.

No need to show bank statements as long as paystubs and tax records show sufficient income.
