I just want to ask?

I have a friend who was suppose to have his interview Friday but they had an accident

on their way he was badly hurt? Can he reschedule for another interview?

They should contact the embassy and let them know what happened as to why they were a no show. I would have the proof in had too....the accident report or something some the hospital. I hope they are doing better now. The embassy would have the say on another interview date.
