Hey guys,

We just moved to a new address and I am about to send off my I-751 package. I, LPR, completed my AR-11 form online and we have I-865 filled out for my husband, my sponsor. Question: should we send his I-865 in a separate envelope to the Service Center or can we include it with the I-751 package?

I would say just send it separately.

To be on a safer side, send them separately and get a confirmation signature upon delivery. Always stay a step ahead of USCIS. Good luck.

I sent my AR11 separately, and included a copy in the I-751 just in case it wasn't processed before the RoC. :)

ROC

AR11 filed: 02/05/11

I-751 filed at Vermont Service Center: 02/07/11

NOA: 02/14/11

Biometrics appt: 03/21/11

RoC Interview: Not required

RoC Approved: 08/04/2011

10 yr Green card received: 08/10/2011
