How to submit the package paperwork

Hello everyone,

So I am sending my package next monday and I need your help please. I have all my paperwork in a 3 punch file and I placed all the

paperwork in different folders, for example, the application in one plastic folder, the insurance paperwork in another folder,

the bank account paper in another and so on.... what do you think about that? and are there any rules how to submit your

paperwork?

Please let me know your experiences.

i just sent the packet with acco clips. It's straight to the point and they have less things to remove. Just include a cover letter.

Waste of time.

USCIS is going to pull it apart and put it in their own folder with their own clips. They will throw away the binder and folders you used.

Thats why cover letters are used to state order of the packet and paper clip to hold it together.

thanks both for your reply... so i will be punching all the paperwork and put in a flat folder... i did a cover letter too... is it ok

to have punch holes in the application?

and can i use staples or just paper clips?

Hmmm, one of the guides at the top states that the way USCIS file your application is with two holes punched on the short side of the document, ie the top of a portrait document.
