Evidence Questions for ROC

Hi all, my ROC is actually will be next year mid July, 2012 but I have a question as far as the bank statement goes -

1. I heard and saw that the financial statement ranges from the date that one got the GC until the ROC date. How you guys do that? Print out a bunch of statements since the conditional gc date? Or print out the date range?

2. We bought a house, but the house loan/mortgage is in my name. But I did quit claim deed to my wife. Is that okay or she has to be on the loan as well? or the quit claim deed is sufficient?

2. The more proofs you can provide there is less chance that you will receive RFE or you will be called for the interview. If the loan is in your name, just don't include it.

Mortgage is just in my name but hubby is on the deed. We were both going to be on the mortgage but he was laid off a few days before we closed and we no longer qualified so they ran it through just me and it was fine... I just submitted a copy of the deed.

You meant 4 months of bank statement? what 4 statements date range?

So just include the quit claim deed? and no need to show them the mortgage statement? Then how they know we live in that house or lease it?

My situation is loan is in my name alone, wife's name is on contract and deed.

Similar situation here - did you send them just the deed or you include the mortgage payment statement as well? what should we send?

I sent purchase contract with both our names and signatures and the deed. I did not include any mortgage information since her name is not anywhere on it
