CSC Slowing Down on I-130s??

Has anyone else noticed a trend of the CSC slowing down on NOA1-->NOA2's lately? It just seems like the other service centers are almost a whole month ahead of them! :( very frustrating :crying:

I-130 Sent : 6/7/11

I-130 NOA1: 6/8/11

I-130 NOA2: 1/24/12

Interview: 5/14/12 (denied- but eligible for waiver)

I-601 Waiver Filed: 5/17/12

I-601 Waiver: acceptance notice received 6/24/12

I-601 Waiver: APPROVED - letter received 7/17/12

I-212: Submitted 10/9/12

I-212: APPROVED 10/29/12

VISA IN HAND- POE- Miami 11/28/12

Total time apart: 3 years, 10 months

Admin Review total: 3 months 3 weeks

i feel the same way. I have a friend who also sent her I-130 at the beginning of this month, her's is at the virginia center and she already got a RFE. which although is not the best thing, it means that her case is already being looked at.

But they went from an average of 30 a week to... 8? At first I thought it was vacation, but it started the week of July 25. Getting a bit concerned.

OMG! I just looked at Igors lit and the amount of i-130 waiting to get approved at CSC vs Vermonth is wayyy more. This is not good! Vermont has approved alot of May June July and August applications and CSC is way backed up.... please someone help me find a positive in all this...

OMG! I just looked at Igors lit and the amount of i-130 waiting to get approved at CSC vs Vermonth is wayyy more. This is not good! Vermont has approved alot of May June July and August applications and CSC is way backed up.... please someone help me find a positive in all this...

I wish I could.. I'm upset as well. They went from 30 apps a week to 1!! and no information or explanation why shows up anywhere on the website.

I checked their web site today; I saw that someone who has a case number greater than mine is approved and minestill in initial review. It's normal?

It is if they had a reason to request expedite

sadly it has been slow for k1's too. cant even get an estimate anymore :(

There are not enough recent approvals in the timeline system to accurately approximate when your I-129f will be approved. Please see the Timeline Stats page to see recent approvals.
