I just checked the NVC payment portal and IV fee showed PAID! Barcode printed as well! :dance: :dance:

Waiting for hubby to Fedex his NBI clearance to me (which he applied on July 1st and just so happen, he received today).

More than likely, I'll be sending both packets on Monday, August 8th to NVC via Fedex overnight.

Come to think of it, all my NVC "actions" have occurred at about 11pm eastern time. Anyone else notice this? Maybe that's when they dump data into the computer.

Scratch that theory. I just checked the payment portal at 9am and it updated to PAID. So it was 5 business days for me.

Are they by any chance looking at the prioroty dates and not the approved dates while disposing the large number of approved cases! Because it doesn't make sense any more.

I dont think so because Jazz has a same case, she got NOA2 on 15th June, still no NVC case#, and her priority date was 1st week of March.... that sucks big time... :angry:

Well I show AOS as "PAID" Finally (late last night).. I took a look at the cover sheet.. Pretty much the same as the IV one I modified to send in the AOS packet earlier in the day.. The address is exactly the same which was the main concern.. The "ATTN" line says to put "CMR AOS" and I only put "AOS" but I doubt that will cause a problem...

So it is all good!

if i get $14.25x40= $29640, bonus $550x12=6600

$29640+6600= $36240, should my current income would be $36,240, right??

one more question, how does DS-3032 accepted? i email on the 29th

You really should seek this question in a different thread.

The answer to your current income depends on whether you already got bonus or not. If you have not yet received your bonus, then it is 29640, because bonus is not a guarantee payment like salary untill it is received. If you have received bonus like I do (joining bonus), then it can be added to your wages and then it is 36,240.

So it is all good!

My AOS finally came up PAID after I spoke with two reps yesterday and I just mailed my AOS packet to be delivered tomorrow :) . Crossing my figers for my Case to be completed - the next step.
