Letter from the Immigration

My Fiance got a letter from immigration today and stated there my alien number. is this usual to have an alien number right away and my fiance had an error of putting N/A instead of NONE. is that considered as RFE as well? VJ's inform me please?????

When we got our NOA2(approval notice), they provided me with an alien # too. What does the letter said? Cos it might be an approval notice. And what do you mean ur fiance made a mistake by typing N/A?-to which form?

really? so you mean, it's almost approved? wow! i am not sure yet which part of the I-129F package that my fiance made an error but the letter says only to replace N/A to NONE then mail it back. i really hope to get my NOA2 sooner. thanks for the reply.

You received an RFE for a very simple matter. Follow the instructions to at "T" and mail it back to USCIS ASAP. You should see an approval in less than a month. They do assign an alien # when the petition is approved.

yeah, we will do that asap. i guess it's not a RFE at all, just a minor error i guess cause i already have my alien number already so it means my petition is approved. what's "T" by the way?

It is just a figure of speech. It means do exactly what they tell you on the instructions on how to reply to the RFE.
