Should the CFO letter of advice be written in English or a particular dialect?

Is the letter of advice from the parents? I think English is more formal than the particular dialect. It is general language form of conversation so it is easy to understand by the CFO Staff. Besides, if it is in particular dialect, they still need the

English translation of it so I guess do it in English. God bless!

For Filipina who is 18 to 21 years old needs Parental Consent.

Age 22 to 25 need Parental Advice.

Parental advice is a letter from parents confirming the relationship and in agreement with it at the same time. It also verifies that they know the petitioner. God bless!

What if my fiance's mom and dad and my parents are all in one photograph? Wouldn't it come off obvious that we have all their consents?

You need a notarized letter from your parents (only if you are between those ages.) It's possible they may not ask for it, but better to be safe and have it than to have to go get it and go back to the CFO.
