This is all to Haiti Petitioners I wanted to know it is necessary to get the sevia/access card (which is used to call the embassy it's suppose to a special access #). I just came back from Haiti and me and my fiance went to soge express to get it and they said they were only at two locations which were very far so I ended leaving without purchasing it. Did anybody get everything (packet 3 etc.) and checked on their fiance paperwork when leaving from NVC to the Embassy without any issues without this access card?

ITS CALLED A CIVA CARD/ NUMBER. YES I HAD 2 GET ONE. ITS $12. EVERYTIME YOU CALL THEY ASK FOR YOUR CIVA #

But is it necessary? I couldnt get it when I was down in Haiti a couple of days ago. So I wanted to know if it's necessary so I can tell my fiance to go get it for me.
