Plese i did not need your insults I married my husband and had to return home application for the CR &. It is good that I did as i got the huge RFE; I went back in November for a honeymoon period. It was then I found out my son is terminally ill. That means he is DYING; I have already lost a son; daughter and a husband. to do the as i found out my son was terminally ill? That means he is DYING; and i have already lost a daughter a son and a husband. So thanks for nothing. I try to support both husband and son and we proved the relationship over and over; Do not criiize me as this does not help; It is just distructive

I am so sorry to hear about your misfortune. I have been and will continue to pray for you. I can feel your pain as you continue your path within the immigration process as we are going through the samething as you two. I certainly am not able to move to Morocco either because I have two small children from a previous relationship and international laws are very strict with children and custody situations. I cannot leave my little ones for a significant period of time as that is deemed as abandonement which means that I could lose custody of my children. I could not even make that choice, but that does not mean I am not 100% committed to my marriage to a Moroccan national. I have no other choice as a mother but to stay in USA with my children and only visit my husband for short period of times. My husband would never ask me to choose between him and my little ones either.

I am always available if you need to talk.

Take care

God Bless.

Please; i am already spending over 3 months now here and have been here 3 other times for a period of a month each time. It is not really a choice to have to go home often and care for my son as nurses are very expensive. When i say he is termanilly ill; I found out after my marriage that he was dying; I have already lost 2 and a husband of 20 years: And I put this on Moroccan site as the other embassies do not react like Morocco; so please if you can not help; do not write mean things; I am not choosing between my new husband and my son; i am taking care of both

Then it sounds like you have already "spent significant time together as husband and wife". Three months is significant time and three other one-month visits is pretty significant too. You'll want to make sure this is well documented if not already.
