Hi VJer!!!...

When you get your k1 NOA2, should you go to the embassy website and schedule your own appointment??? Or should you wait for them to call you..

This question is not pertaining to me at this point, but to a friend;s situation..

Please let me know..

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

After your NOA-2 approved, your petition will go to the NVC and gets another case # and probably few days stay at there. After that the NVC will forward it to your embassy at Ivory Coast. The embassy will send you a packet. Depending the process direction the embassy follow, you will get the interview date with the package or they will send you a packet 4 with the interview date after you return the first packet-3. this is what generally could happen.
