Dear VJ family. We are on our second time around with this whole process. First one ended in revoke saying marriage is fraud. We have now been married 2 yr and 5 months and our petition for the I-130 is in the USCIS. Please if you can give me any advice on how to make the process any faster and any info to not fall into the same mess again. Senators, congressman, and two lawyers that were from legal aid said OH you need a lawyer. I didnt find that did me any good the first time around cause she just took our money and sat on her butt. I did all the fighting for us after I had to fire her. We are dying from this seperation and not being able to start our lives here in US. To tell you everything I did the first time would end up being a book. But please if you can help us I would so greatly appreciate it.

I did front load my petition this time. And also I have been there 4 times and we are still fighting to have our dreams.

The only advice I have other than the obvious continuous relationship proof, is to have about 8-10 sworn affidavits attesting to your genuine relationship written by close friends, pastors or other religious leaders and family. Visit as often as you can.I know you have been going through hell and back but keep the goal before you. God bless !

It's great that you frontloaded the petition. It rather forces the CO to look at your evidence. Next best step is to prepare hubby thoroughly for the interview. He's already had one go round with them, which works to his advantage because he has a feel for what he's getting into and knows the gravity of the situation. Make sure he goes in there with the right attitude and a little bit more evidence for good measure, and God willing, you'll make out fine. Good luck.

I tired to edit but it wouldn't let me. Since you already sent your petition, she could prepare him for the interview. Anyway, let me know. Like I said, she's excellent and definitely worth the money.

More on our case too. Also i have contacted senators, congressman and they will make inquiries on my behalf but the last time I called the liason tells me in a strong tone "Well maybe you will just need to sacrifice and go there and live for 6 months so they will believe your marriage is real." I said ok i would love to do that but how am I to keep a job, and a residence, and be his sponser if I go there and live? What is she thinking when I am the only one that is the sponser.

I need more advice folks. I appreciate any thing. I need to move this case is there any way to speed this up??? We are living in hell apart. This is to much to put people through.

I WISH I KNEW I AM IN SALE BOAT

25 POUNDS OF EVIDENCE TO USCIS AFTER 4 PAGE RFE

4 TRIPS TO MOROC

I AM HERE NOW FOR INTERVIEW AND THEY SEND ALL BACK

FOR WHAT

BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW COLOR OF MY CARPET IN MY BEDROOM

WE ARE MARRIED 16 MONTHS AND I WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS IF I THOUGHT IT WAS WRONG

LAWYER AND SENATOR DID NOTHING TO HELP

I AM SO HURT AS I HAVE THE BEST HUSBAND

THEY TREAT ILLEGALS BETTER THAN THEY TREATED ME

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GO THRU THE SYSTEM LEGALLY

Seriously? Did they ask this because they happened to have a picture of your bedroom carpet during the interview?
