Jul 23 here in the philippines last night i kept on calling NVC the whole night until midnight but the same statement im getting from the avr "missing documents, checklist was mailed last Jul 18, 2011 blah blah..."..until i go to bed tired of calling nvc with the same message....

Jul 24 - i woke up early even i stayed up late so i can call NVC and talk to an operator..but i forgot is Saturday in the US so no operator, i listened to the AVR instead ...and guess what he told me.."CASE COMPLETED last Jul 20 , 2011".....................YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...........:D:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

now il be waiting for the interview sched..... :dance::dance::dance::dance:

April 3, 2011 - paid AOS online, emailed choice of agent

April 6, 2011 - AOS status PAID - NVC acknowledged choice of agent thru email

April 18 2011- paid IV bill online

May 18, 2011 - Send AOS Package

May 26, 2011 - Send DS230

June 1, 2011 - received email from NVC stating that our AOS lacks something is this RFE?

July 9, 2011 - mailed required docs for RFE

July 21, 2011 - called NVC and AVR said RFE again bt we havent rcvd any mail from them

Jul.21,2011- SIGN IN FAILED

Jul 24,2011-called NVC and AVR stated CASE COMPLETED on Jul 20

Aug.24-25, 2011 - Medical at st.Lukes...PASSED!!!!!!!!!!

SEPT 12, 2011 - INTERVIEW SCHED at US EM MANILA......PASSED

SEPT. 16,2011 - VISA ON HAND

..all my bags are packed im ready to go..yaaaayyyy!!!!!

So this is completely normal to have them tell you they're missing documents when they have them? The operators don't seem to be much assistance to be honest. They say they don't have my AOS and need financial evidence but it was sent awhile ago. What is wrong with their system, jeez. Sorry if this is common knowledge, I really didn't know.

ur right....theyre telling us that there are missing / lacking doc on our financial evidence and that they mailed us a checklist which we havent received then the AVR message changed to CASE COMPLETE...lol.....dunno whats wrong with their system but obviously it wasnt updated as much as it should be.......thats why there are false rfe...:bonk:

Yes I too was told at USCIS they needed another copy of my divorce decree but this was at the end of the 6 month date.

Make sure to review all your documents and the supporting documents.

WE found out at the interview that the death certificate on her first husband was not good enough. The one we had come from the hospital and not the NSO. The hospital copy was good enough for USCIS, NVC, but not the Embassy Manila.

She also needed an NBI clearance for the married name of this husband even though she never used it. This was our mistake but these two are no holding us up after the interview.

The interview was nice and short. I sent her a week early and did the Medical and then 7 days later the interview.

Have the next Trip planned for August 2010 - Fingers crossed

Annulment Complete - May 2010

K1 Process Changed - June 2010 - trying to find out what changed.

5th TRIP to PI in August 2010.

Filed packet with USCIS - August 2010.

NOA1 Received Sept 12, 2010

Touched - Oct 3, 2010

6th TRIP to PI again December 2010.

7th TRIP to PI again May 2011

RFE - April 1, 2011 - Proof of divorce from X wife

Interview - June 15 - Good Interview - on hold awaiting documentation - NBI married name.

- August 7 possible plane ticket

- August 13 Wedding Dallas Texas

im trying to call nvc and talk to an operator and ask which is which cz its really confusing...avr telling case complete but then email saying rfe....this is frustrating....
