NOA 2 Valid until November 18

Hello everybody, i need help

we have been approved !!!!! YEAYE !!!! NOA 2 came in the mail after only 2 months !!!!

at the end, the NO2 said something like "valid until November 18"...what does this mean ???

Does this mean that

-i'll need to send all the papers to new zelande (the embassy where my packet is sent) before November 18th ??? or...

-i'll get my interview before or on november 18th ???

12-2008 : Venancio's first Trip to Tahiti :)

05-2009 : Venancio' second trip to Tahiti :)

08-2009 : Heiani moved back to French Polynesia :(

01-2010 : Heiani visited Venancio for 1 week (after 5 months of long distance) :)

04-2010 : Venancio visited Heiani for 3 weeks(after 4 months of long distance) :)

05-2010 : Venancio left for Texas and Mississipi for AirGuard Training :(

11-03-2011 : Venancio accomplished his training and is back on the island :)

13-03-2011 : Venancio Welcomes Heiani for a visit of 7 weeks ( after 10 more months long distance):)

17-04-2011 : Venancio proposed to Heiani....Fiancés Status :)

30-04-2011 : Heiani goes back to tahiti...more long distance :(

03-05-2011 : Application sent

14-05-2011 : NOA1

18-07-2011 : NOA2 ..... APPROVED !!!!!!! :)

11-08-2011 : Packet left NVC for US Embassy Suva, Fiji

06-10-2011 : Interview Date : SUCCESS !!!!

23-10-2011 : POE : Honolulu Hawaii

09-11-2011 : Marriage : Mr & Mrs BERNABE <3

09-01-2012 : Application sent for AOS

NO it means USCIS has to get your packet to NVC then to US EMBASSY by November 18th.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
