Checking case online problem

Dear VJ'rs

It's been almost a month (26th) since the date of my I-129f NOA1. I still can't check the case online with the number they gave me. I called about 2 weeks after NOA1 and they told me it was too early. Any of you ever have this problem or know the timeframe to where you can look for it? Thanks

i have a friend who just got approved recently had the same problem for almost 5 months she can't check it but then when the day they were approved it shows up.. i don't know about your case tho.

VERY common. Happens to a lot of people. Theres a question like this almost every week. Its not a big deal if the case does not show up. It does not mean your case is missing or lost it just means that they did not put your case into the online status system. Checking the status is a privilege provided by USCIS it is not a requirement by USCIS to do this for us.

It is a common problem of USCIS. My case is approved at USCIS, cleared from NVC and is on route to the embassy, however the USCIS website says "initial review" So don't worry about that.
