Wow.. camera separata..ma ia cu emotii.Noi suntem deja casatoriti, deci probabil imi va spune ca trebuie dupa 2 ani sa ridicam conditionarea..

Eu am mai fost de 2 ori si nu am avut probleme cu zborul, sper ca nici acum sa nu fie..si nici cu bagajele, la alea am emotii ca am 2 de cala :).

Nu e nimic intimidant. Sa nu ai emotii. De fapt de cand sunt in SUA am avut doar experiente placute cu toate institutiile. Toti sunt politicosi si destul de eficienti.

Salutare tuturor celor care mai sunt pe-aici :D Am primit aprobare pentru I-130 (CR1) asteptam sa ajunga dosarul la NVC. E cineva printre voi care a fost la medical nascut in 1978 care imi poate spune de ce vaccinuri a avut nevoie ? Eventual si la ce clinica sau daca aveti ceva recomandari :) Multumesc mult, simt ca am intrat pe ultima suta de metri :D

I have just received a job offer after almost one month and half of sending CV's, now I am just finalizing some little details before receiving the formal offer letter which I have to sign and after that, I will wait for the visa to be issued. How long does it take to process until I get the H1B visa ?

Buna Ciprian, si eu am obs ca nu prea e activitate pe aici:)

Am vaz ca ai intrebat cat dureaza pana ti se aproba petitia. Sincer, eu una nu stiu sa iti zic dar poti sa vezi Processing times pe site-ul lor: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplay.do

Daca ai intrebari legate de viza, de ce nu le pui in forumul de aici la work visas? Acolo ai mai multe sanse sa primesti raspunsuri decat aici;)

Simplu, am zis ca aici sunt romani si ca ne intelegem mai bine vorbind aceeasi limba insa m-am inselat se pare. :( Oamenii s-au trezit cu sacii in caruta si nu le mai pasa de cei care se chinuie sa isi ia viza mult visata de SUA... :(

Topicul asta e mai mort ca o piatra :P Dar majoritatea romanilor de pe forumul asta aplica pt viza de familie, gen k1 sau cr1/ir1.

Incearca pe forumul asta sa postezi, poate ai mai mult succes :)

Nu am treaba cu viza H1B, va fi o viza de tip L1B din ce am vorbit, L1 blanket pe 3 ani ca sa fiu mai exact, ma apuc sa sapat sa vad ce gasesc despre ea. Nu am treaba cu data de 1 aprilie ca sa pot ajunge in US la 1 octombrie cel mai devreme, va iesi cam intr-o luna de zile. Multumesc.

Si-a transcris cineva casatoria in Romania?

Inainte sa ne casatorim a trebuit sa trecem prin procedura de exequatur (de recunoastere a unor hotarari judecatoresti straine la noi in tara) pentru ca sotul meu a mai fost casatorit si a divortat. Tribunalul a recunoscut divortul care ulterior a fost inregistrat la Starea Civila.

Nu stiu sa iti spun exact ca eu am facut medicalele in US. Sunt nascuta in 78 si sigur iti trebuie MMR cel pt oreion rubeola si pojar parca. Ala nu se facea pe vremea noastra :)

Day 16 02/05/2013 Succesful walk in biometrics 20 days early

Day 25 02/14/2013 USCIS status changed to Testing and Interview ready for interview scheduling

Day 31 02/20/2013 Email notification that my interview is scheduled for March 21st

Day 57 03/19/2013 EAD/AP card ordered

Day 59 03/21/2013 Interview at 10.30 am Seattle Approved

Day 67 03/29/ 2013 Greencard Arrived . Applied for SSN

Day 68 03/30/2013 EAD arrived

Day 74 04/03/2013 SSN card arrived

Eligible for ROC December 21st 2014

Multumesc de raspuns :) Le am pe toate astea :) Pojarul a inceput sa se faca in '78, a fost primul an in care s-a facut din cate stiu de la ai mei.
