hi all,

I would like to ask question, I called the NVC and they give me IIN and they said that they sent DS3032 to the beneficary and to the petitioner, is it ok to email DS-3032 to NVC , before i receive anything and do i need to put barcode.

Yes, you can go ahead and have the beneficiary email the DS-3032 to the NVC. Since it's going to emailed you don't need the barcode for anything- that's only for the paper copy.
