Yes, all of these should suffice but in addition to that, I would go to your bank and request a copy of your bank account history just in case. Don't forget to send a copy of your W-2 form too.

Make sure the letter from your employer states your salary.

Include several months of pay stubs to show consistency :)

If you're using your tax return, include the W2 and 1040. Alternatively, request a free tax transcript - that has all and any information they could want to know.
