Hello everyone! I have a quick concern. We have received our NOA1 dated June 6 and we are patiently waiting for the processing. Now I have a concern about the Case Status Search on the USCIS page. Every time I type in our Case Number, the system cannot find our case :(. It says: - Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283 -.

Does everyone know about this? I am honestly concern now and I will call them tomorrow but any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Don't worry. You got your NOA1, that's the important part. Sometimes cases never show up on the website. The website is generally useless. No need to call them.
