Hello VJ friends can u help me!!!what form will be the next to fill up after we submit I130? Then were waitng the NOAI as of now?what the next we going to do if we get our NOA1?

The NOA1 is the notice of receipt of petition. Once you submit the petition, you wait for it to be approved. The notice of approval is the NOA2. While you wait for the NOA2, you can prepare necessary documentation that the NVC will require once your file reaches there.

Thank you . I feel better now.I hope we get a copy now of NOA1 to mail.I checked the status of our application.It was updated now.So it meant we have the copy of NOA.I CanOt find out still righht right now if we recieve a mail or not yet of the copy NOA1 because my husband is out of town with 4 weeks.I hope when he come back home we will have our NOA1 already.ThANK you Again. and Good luck both of us!!! I feel better now.I hope we have a copy now of NOA1 by mail.I checked the status of our application.It was updated last june 27.2011.So it meant the USCIS sent the copy of NOA1 already?.I CanOt find out still right now because my husband is out of town with 4 weeks. I dont know yet if we have the mail the copy of NOA1 right now.I hope when my husband come back we have our NOA1 already.ThANK you Again. and Good luck both of us!!! God bless

You are in California Servie Center so get evidence ready and wait for what they may ask for. All evidence of relationsip. If you are forunate, you will have to send it to NVC only but California often requests RFE. So, be prepared to prove how you met, chat logs, emails, phone calls, SMS messages, all things to prove relationship. My RFE was 4 pages long and my box of evidence weighed over 25 pounds.

So, be prepared to prove how you met, chat logs, emails, phone calls, SMS messages, all things to prove relationship.

OP: If the petition has already been sent, did you include such items as the ones from the post that I am quoting? If you haven't sent the petition, then include those items with the initial petition.

usually evidence is sent in with initial I-130 submittal, you include it in the packet.

Evidence types (there are 6) are covered in the I-130 instructions.
