the DS-230 is for the beneficiary to fill in... so it needs to be the beneficiary's info....

I know that...please read my question over again. I asked...does he put that I am living here in the UK with him or the address in the states???? The rest I understand now to be his information.

Laura_and_Ian,

The address that is your place of residence.

Do you consider yourself to be residing (living) in the UK or visiting the UK? Answer accordingly.

I have extended my stay here and have a two year visa...limited leave to remain. After two years I can become a legal citizen here, but that wont be necessary. But, I am working here. WIll that make a difference??

Laura,

In those circumstances I would answer Q 15 with my UK address - it sure does seem to me that that's where you're living. If someone wanted to mail something to you, you'd most likely have it sent to that address would you not?

CapeG,

Q10 asks where he intends to live after immigrating. Q15 asks where his spouse is living now. Two different questions that can quite reasonably have two different answers.
