Sorry, but I think I do know what I am talking about. In fact I have my "disposition" from the court as I am in a similar scenario.

As far as I know, the term deposition has absolutely no use in this thread. Do you know what a disposition is and do you know what a deposition is?

geez, if you want to "chime in" and try to correct something please have a clue of what you're talking about. sometimes it's best not to say anything at all.

He needs to have this esponged from his reacord. that can be done at the court house clerk and involves a fee. It is worth getting the arrest record off. the criminal backgorund check does not state if convicted or dismissed. It just states charged and arrested in this case. so, he really needs to get it dismissed.

Regarding an expungment, you can't get a dropped case expunged if you have any prior criminal convictions, and that includes a DUI. I am sure the US government could still see it even if the case was dropped/abandonned.
