Dave let me know if you get a response on the choice of agent email. With us having such a big issue with just being able to get that AOS bill I'm trying to make sure I'm not sitting here waiting for the email to get accepted and have it not actually happen. You sent yours a day after I did so keep me posted please

Yes. I had it about an hour or so ago. More like 45-50 minutes ago.

I hope I did make up some time. It would be nice after how long I had to wait for NVC to get our file.

I have both mine and my wife's e-mail synced to my cell phone. As soon as she gets anything from NVC I get the message on my phone. I'm prepared from both sides.

I will be taking the advice Dave gave on another thread and not rely on the AVR. I plan to start calling the operators on Monday.

hi...i've emailed the choice of agent couple days ago but haven't got any reply yet from NVC.

But NVC keep sending ds-3032 kit to my husband's email and ask him to send the ds 3032 immediately. Should i email the choice of agent thru his email?? all the instructions going to his email(since he forgot to give my email address to NVC, he only gave his )

I am an example of this. I got my case number and IIN last Wed. I just called and it's still not updated..."We have no record of your case"

NVC #- 1-603-334-0700. As soon as the phone engages push 1 and 5 to go straight to the operators.

Best times to call are very early in the morning 8-9 am EST and 10 PM to 12 AM EST.

You NEED to exchange your e-mail with NVC. It must be in their system so they can verifiy that it is you and indeed your e-mail account.

NVC can not and will not accept it from the petitioner's e-mail address.

You have two options now.

1. Have your husband call NVC and have him exchange your e-mail address with them. You can then send out the DS-3032 e-mail to them as soon as that is done.

2. You mail in a physcial hard copy of the DS-3032.

I suggest doing number 1 to save days in this process.

Thanks Dave, i've had my husband called the NVC and exchange my email address, about going to re send the DS-3032 e mail...the DS-3032 (choice of agent) email is the format that VJ provided here right..? not the DS-3032 form that i have to sign??

Oh yes,she also told my husband the reason of the delay, it's because they just moved into new building, we haven't got my kid's case # yet, but she promised she'll do her best to find the file and put it together with mine and giving out his case # asap

Both I-864 and DS-230 packets are printed and ready to go.

NVC case number has been written on each page and the only thing left to do is to print off the invoice barcodes, print out a new dated cover sheet for both packets and to sign the documents that need to be signed with the correct date.
