do i have interview at all?or is it just my husband?wanna be prepaired ahead of time.and i will keep track of our communication and pictures too?or is that all on him?most of our communication is threw fb.i also see a therapist for dealing with certain things in my life and our seperation during this process too!i need all the info i can get thanks!

March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

I'm not sure, but I have heard of in very, very rare circumstances that both have been interviewed , the petitioner stateside and the beneficiary at the appropriate consulate. I wouldn't worry too much about creating documentation as what you have on hand will probably do. Chat logs, phone records, ect that prove an ongoing relationship and are easily obtained by you. The only way I know is to take a screen shot. My wife and I have a program called snagit that will scroll a page and save it allowing you to print it out if need be. There is also a way using the Print screen button but I'm not sure of the commands. Sorry I'm not more help.

We originally chatted in FB a lot but I realized that all the IM's we were doing are unprintable at a later date. We moved on over to Skype because it keeps ALL the records. Plus I have the app on my Blackberry phone so we can chat all day everyday... not just when I'm at home since work has FB blocked. I would recommend setting up Skype if they offer it in both of your areas.

Ditto on Skype and screenshots. As for the interview, The US embassy in Ankara doesn't allow the petitioner to come inside (there are exceptions of course) so unless there is some pressing need to talk to you to support your case, you more than likely won't be in the building.

NOA2: 2/10/2011

NVC: 3/6/2011 approx.

No I-864, DS-230 Notification NVC says download files

Emailed Agent form: Response Confirming Change Arrived the Next Day

Mailed I-864 Package: 4/2/2011, Arrived 4/4/2011

DS-230 Received: 4/19/2011

RFE: 5/3/2011, emailed documents same day, email confirmation 5/4/2011

NVC Case Complete: 5/20/2011 (approx. called NVC and they said it was complete so don't know exact date)

Email with Instructions: 5/27/2011

Interview scheduled: 7/14/2011

Consulate had to reschedule, new interview 7/20/2011

thanks!btw facebook is the big one and he bought a few phone cards....how u prove facebook printing it out or showing them online?sorry im very new to this!ty!

what you can do is go to the SHOW FRIENDSHIP TAB...this will open a page of all your interaction on facebook. Then do screen shots....scroll down and do more screen shots. You can print all these out! ANd it will look exactly like the page! Thats what we did!
