Packet 3 is sent only to the beneficiary?

i was thinking it was sent to the petitioner so i can then send it to him. he doesnt speak english well enough to fill out that form...

also, can some one PLEASE explain the 125% above poverty line? i dont get it. is there a calculator to know what this speaks of? i need a cosponsor. i make 20,000 (im a student). my cosponsor makes 35,000 but she has her husband parially dependent. i do not know what 125% means. please clarify.

yes, only the beneficiary as they are the applicant...I think I have seen that a Spanish version might be available

125% of the poverty level for the size family... google I-864P
