; IEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHH, I received my INTERVIEW DATE today!!! :dance::dance::dance:

On August 2nd @ 2pm!!! And number 2 is my lucky number, so let's hope for the best :thumbs:

I am soooo nervous already :rolleyes: LOL!!

My question is... Do I have everything?

- Original NOA1 & NOA2

- Interview Letter

- Medical Examination (yet to do so)

- Birth certificate in Dutch & English

- Copy I-129f package

- Copies of DS-156K/DS-156/DS230

- I-134 Affidit of support form (original)

- Proof of ongoing relationship between NOA1 & NOA2 (air plane tickets, hotel receipts, car rental receipt, pictures, other receipts, phone logs

- Letter from Aaron's employer

- Tax returns 2008, 2009, 2010 (these years are correct, right???)

- Bank informations (savings)

- House contract lease (we both signed it!!!! :thumbs: )

- Pay stubs from Aaron from the past 6 months

- Letter from Aaron about his desire to marry me

- 4 passport style US size pictures

Am I forgetting anything??? :whistle:

Your answer will be very appreciated!!

Hehe.. I was just reading in another thread, seeing your screen name and wondering when you'd add some more to your timeline. Guess you just did. Congrats! Looks good, hope time flies by now. Good luck : )

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

Thanks doll!!! Police reccord will be provided by Consulate, I'm glad they do it for me :whistle: !! LOL, you are right.. I just added some new information, I was looking at my interview date for 10min straight because I'm sooo stooked!!

I think you have everything. Some embassies require two copies for all the forms so just make sure you the copies. Btw, in your timeline, you have July 27th as the date packet 4 received....Anyway, congratuations!

10FEB11: FedEx I129F Packet to Lewisville, TX

14FEB11: NOA1 "Received Date"

18FEB11: Touched

17JUN11: NOA2 hard copy

19JUL11: NVC Received

21JUL11: Embassy Received

25JUL11: Packet 3 Sent from Embassy

03AUG11: Emailed packet 3 to Embassy

07SEP11: Interview

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
