Hello everyone,

I am having problem with the DS156 to print it. As I saw many time, I get the pdf file but only the answers and the barcode appear, not the questions. I have been trying so many times but nothing always the same result? I couldn't find any solution, Does someone have one? I get my interview thursday!!!

PLEASE NEED YOUR HELP!! THANK YOU

you may need the latest adobe reader,go the department of state website forms ds-156, or try (website removed by request), d,o,s forms,

Indee you have to have the last version of Adobe. If you still have the same problem, print the file as pdf, not to a precise printer, you safe it then you can send it to a printer.

I had the same problem. Go to (website removed by request) search ds-156, then go to their online form link. You will be able to print it properly there. My fiance just went to his interview and they told him they needed the entire form, not the one with just the answers. Even the people at the Embassy tried to help him and they couldn't do it. I don't know why the US Embassy one doesn't work, I tried it almost 10 times already. But it worked from (website removed by request). Good luck.
