Any updates

I was just wondering that too, but apparently, no.

You can add P&K's RFE info if you want. Other monthly filers thread has it ;)

Got an RFE. Short of a sex tape, we've already sent everything we have. Stressed out of our bloody minds.

I update the spreadsheet with the latest data on time between bio-appt and gc approval for the estimated approval date. It increased the CSC by 6 days but we are all past that date now anyways. Unfortunately VSC was increased by another 28 days (sorry).

boring update re: the change of address.

still havent seen any confirmation from USCIS that they received the change we did online (ar-11). so my husband called today and (re)submitted it via phone. i sort of encouraged him to say it had been 30 days since we submitted (nov 15 - dec 12 = 28 days i think.) as they say, thats close enough for government work!

so now i hope that a NOA will appear in the mail box in the next week or so.

That's bizarre. I received a confirmation letters (I got 2) in the mail just a couple days (or was that a week?) after I did the AR-11 online.

I hope you'll get yours too soon.

(Btw, where do you get those cute emoticons? Do you mind if I ask? :star: )

How many folks are considering US citizenship subsequent to ROC? After I promised the wife a trip to Europe on her new American Passport, she was all in!

With that said, it does not seem to matter much whether we get the 10 year GC in Feb, March or June. From what I understand, when she becomes eligible to petition in July, she can send the N-400 whether the I-751 has been adjudicated or not.

I visualize and smile at the day when we are beyond USCIS.
