LOL! I just checked the spread sheet and I've notice that my "ETA" had gone from December 2011 to January 2012.?! Now, I'm not sure how to feel about it.

So sorry about that I was really hoping it would get faster not slower.

So I just added a column to the spreadsheet for local office. Was thinking maybe the local offices might have a bit to do with processing times too.

the USCIS webpage that shows your progress does not seem to be a reliable reflection of the true status of your case. the emails/texts and the letters are the better indicators. next, you likely get the 'card production ordered' when the card is indeed ordered to be produced! in any case, sit tight and you should be all sorted by this time next month (30 days)!

3 October approvals!!!! I jut got appoved an hour and half ago!!! Hubby read the email came off exactly like hotshots showed a touch on our case with today's date and he had an email waiting for him from 4:30pm!! happy dance!!

I just hope the address change we did last week worked?

Do you think we should phone customer service like the email suggests as we have moved score green card is delivered even though we think we have updated our address?

Next step gotta work ou how to report Seren's birth to the UK government. Then maybe US citizenship for me

On October 21, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I GOT THE SAME EMAIL today and a letter showed up in the mail from our local office really nice worded letter. I guess it's official official

i received my card today as well as welcome note from USCIS finally this step is over , i pray for rest of them who are still waiting

Well when I was going out in the afternoon I picked up the mail. I didn't look at it until I was 45 minutes up the road, I noticed Priority mail envelope from Laguna and then my slow mind put 2+2 together and I was like whoa really the green card?

I opened it and was like yaaaa. Now the unfortunate part, I sent wife a text saying good news guess what GC is here already , bad news I have it and I will be home after you so you can't see it for hours after you come home!

Man that must be nerve racking. But the card is here all info correct now I will send good vibes to everyone waiting.......

We got our card yesterday in the mail. Glad this step is over for us, and hope USCIS speeds up for the rest of us in July. Let's get this going!
