I'm puzzled a bit because I just got a call from the embassy saying that I need to go and pick up a package but we haven't gotten any NOA2 yet... the filling was March 18th and I was not expecting anything yet, even more without an NOA2. Would that be that they want me to provide information? At first I was excited but now I'm nervous. Anybody familiar with this?

I think you are approved u just dont know.. Call USCIS and tell them about this, if you are approved tell them to send your noa2.

06-15-2011- Packet 3 received by email

08-04-2011- Packet 3 Back to the Embassy

08-25-2011- Packet 4 Received (Interview day:09-08-2011)

09-08-2011- Interview (APPROVED)

09-13-2011- Visa Received (It took only 3 business days)

09-22-2011- POE

09-23-2011- My baby's B-day!

AOS

11-18-2011- We got married!

01-20-2012- AOS package sent

01-23-2012- AOS package received by USCIS

01-27-2012- NOA1 (email)

02-01-2012- NOA 1 (Hard-Copy Received)

02-07-2012- Biometrics Appointment Notice Received

02-13-2012- Email saying case was transferred to another office(Waiting for the hard copy to see where it was sent)

02-17-2012- Hard-Copy received- AOS transferred to CSC

02-21-2012- Biometrics Appointment-

03-13-2012- Biometrics Retaken due to they didn't take right my fingerprints.

OP stated that there hasnt been an NOA2 yet...

if your SO lives close to the Embassy then have SO go there to see whats up... else call USCIS to find out whats happening.

Thank you both! I'm going tomorrow at 1pm, I'll post here to see what was that, I just haven't read anything like that in here, I've been lurking up until now, but I'm so thankful to have a place like this one!

Got back from the embassy and it was the package with all the instructions on what to do next!!! I asked the lady and she said, well your petition got approved and the most important thing is that the papers are here now, don't mind not getting the note!

So now I'm going to run to finish everything quickly!

Great news but...

Woah..... hold up there a sec... you need to contact NVC ASAP and let them know you did not get the NOA2.... you have to have the NOA2 later on down the line and it will cost you money if you dont address it now... it is possible it is still in the mail on its way to you but dont forget that you need to have it...
